Overview
The XL-75 multifunctional slicer uses a rotating cutter head for cutting, which can process agricultural products such as yam, lotus root, cassava, sweet potato (sweet potato), radish, cucumber, bitter gourd, potatoes, etc. into slices. It has good cutting quality, uniform thickness and size of the products, fresh cutting tissue, and does not damage the fiber tissue. At the same time, this machine has high slicing efficiency, easy operation, low energy consumption, hygiene, safety, and high efficiency, making it an ideal equipment for agricultural product processing. It mainly consists of a frame, a rotating disc, a transmission part, a motor, a discharge port, etc., suitable for slicing materials with medium volume and long cylindrical shape (such as yam, lotus root, cassava, sweet potato (sweet potato), radish). The contact parts between this machine and agricultural products are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials, ensuring long-term operation without rust, corrosion, toxicity, and harmlessness, meeting the hygiene requirements of food processing machinery.

Installation and debugging
Before use, place the machine on a dry, ventilated, and level surface to ensure smooth and reliable operation. Before use, check all parts to ensure that fasteners are not loose during transportation, switches and power cords are not damaged during transportation, and there are no foreign objects in the hopper or material box. Check if the power supply voltage matches the voltage used by the device. Extend the power cord, reliably ground the yellow and green wire cores with grounding symbols, and connect the remaining three wire cores (two when configuring a single-phase motor) to the output terminals when the open load switch (knife switch) is disconnected. Before starting work, open the front door and manually rotate the turntable to observe if there is any tool collision. If there is, loosen the fastening bolt on the turntable, move the turntable slightly outward, and then tighten the fastening bolt. Close the open load switch, activate the open button, and check if the direction of the cutting blade is correct. Rotate counterclockwise from the feeding port to confirm correctness. Otherwise, adjust the power cord. After the cutting blade rotates in the correct direction, conduct a no-load test run. Only when all parts are normal can the machine be tested.

Usage and operation

Before normal operation, try cutting and observe whether the specifications of the vegetables being cut are consistent with the requirements. Otherwise, adjust (or replace) the height of the blade and turntable. After the adjustment is correct, proceed with normal operation. The thickness of the slice is determined by the gap between the blade and the turntable, and the size change is achieved by adjusting the blade.
